Here are frequently asked questions we have received. If you do not see an answer to your questions, feel free to contact us.
Schedule: The full schedule is available and all sessions will be live on Pacific Standard Time.
Livestream: If you're interested in attending virtually, you can join us through the livestream. Register here. You’ll receive an email with livestream access information ahead of the conference.
Sessions will stream on Pacific Time. If you can't watch live, don't worry! Recorded sessions will be available for playback as soon as possible and will remain archived through April 30.
Cancellation & Refund: You can receive a full refund if you cancel by February 5. To cancel, log in to Church Center using the Log In button in the top-right corner. From there, go to your profile, select your HSC registration, and follow the prompts to cancel.
Transferring Tickets: If you’d like to transfer your ticket to another person, please email us by February 5 with the original registrant’s name and email address, along with the new attendee’s name and email address. We’ll take care of the transfer for you.
Scholarship: It’s our pleasure to make a way for everyone in our church family to attend our annual Holy Spirit Conference. To best steward our limited scholarship fund, please complete this form.
Registration Names: Each in-person registration must have a complete name attached in order to check in onsite. If you purchased multiple tickets under one name or need to add a name to a registration, please email us by February 5 so we can update your registration before the conference.
Registration Check-in: Registration check-in will begin on Friday, February 26 at 5:00 PM in the Keller Auditorium lobby, just inside the main entrance. Please allow plenty of time to check in before our 6:30 PM opening session.
If you are unable to attend Friday evening, check-in will continue on Saturday, February 27, beginning at 8 AM.
Please make sure every person in your registration has a complete first and last name attached to their ticket. This is required for on-site check-in. If you registered multiple people under your name or need to transfer a ticket, please email us at hsc@bridgetown.church before February 11, 2027 so we can update the registration.
No printed ticket is necessary. Simply provide your name when you arrive.

Families & Kids FAQ
Families & Kids: Childcare will not be available at the conference. However, a Mother's Lounge and Family Room is available during the gatherings where parents can supervise their children while they take a moment to recharge. Both areas will provide a live feed of the sessions and workshops.
Dining & Coffee FAQ
There are many great places to grab coffee or a meal within walking distance of Keller Auditorium.
Please note that Keller Auditorium does not allow outside drinks. Water refill stations are available inside the venue.

Parking: There are several parking options, but you'll likely want to allow ample time to park.
Garages: There is no on-site garage, but several independent parking facilities are nearby, including:
Crown Plaza Parking Garage — 120 Southwest Clay St.
KOIN Tower Parking Garage — 151 Southwest Clay St.
Auditorium Garage —1401 Southwest 4th Ave.
Street parking: Metered street parking is available near Keller Auditorium on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment can be made by meter or through the Parking Kitty App. Please pay close attention to posted signs, as downtown parking regulations have changed.
Public transportation: Visit TriMet to plan your route using Portland's public transportation system.
Entrance: Enter the building through the front street entrance, located on SW 3rd St.
Bags & Liquids: Please note that large bags—including backpacks—are not permitted inside the auditorium. Smaller bags are subject to inspection by theater staff.
There is no bag check available, so if you are traveling and staying through Sunday, please make arrangements with your hotel for luggage storage. We are unable to hold suitcases at the venue.
Keller Auditorium does not allow outside drinks. You will be asked to empty any liquids before entering. Water refill stations are available inside the venue.
